What Exercises To Do for GermanVT?


The conectp for German Volume Training is 10x10 with big, core lifts.

Alright. I've chosen the incline Bench and bent over barbell for chest and Back day

and I've chosen Dips and Curls for arm and Shoulder day.

But for leg day I have squats and i'm not sure about the other excercise. I've seen leg curls, but those seem retarded to me. What should I put in there?


lunges, romanian deadlift, stiff leg deadlift, glute ham raise


I agree, any of these would be great. By the way, be sure your squat is Olymic style...feet shoulder width or closer, bar high on the traps, ass as far down as it will go.
