Just saw the release of your latest program.
What equipment is recommended?I have a trap bar,pull up bar,dumbells and a few kettlebells.

You probably will be fine but might need 2-3 substitutions.
There are cable crunches but you can do another abs exercise.
Ther is a rowing ergometer exercise, but you can do KB swings for example

@Christian_Thibaudeau Piggybacking rather than starting a different thread: are these 4 full body sessions or a split? At 57, this appeals to me. Thank you.
It uses mostly a lift-specific approach. So it keeps one heavy lift and then the assistance work uses circuits for the muscles involved.
