Per a calve article here, Poliquin has this as part of his routine. I take this as 2 ways . . .
"A1) Triple Drop Standing Calf Raises
3 x 10-10-10 (in other words, three drop sets) at a 121 tempo,*** resting 90 seconds between sets.
*** The pause is taken in the bottom stretch position, and be sure to take the full two seconds."
So, do I do 10 reps, repeat with short rest, repeat, short rest, repeat? Or is the 90 second rest between each 10-10-10? Do I do 3 sets of 30?

- 10
- drop weight, no rest
- 10
- drop weight, no rest
- 10
- rest 90 seconds
Repeat 3 times.

Do ten reps. No rest, decrease weight, do ten reps. No rest, decrease weight, do ten reps.
Rest 90 seconds.
Repeat.
That’s what I got from it. Otherwise it’d say 3x10.
