What Does Perfect Nutrition Look Like?

Hi Christian, I recently read your article on “how much to eat for growth”.

I did not realise that increasing the hormones and enzymes that result in muscle growth was one of the key reasons we increase calories whilst trying to gain muscle.

This got me thinking that whilst I am very macro conscious and plan out Cals P/C/F carefully, I don’t actually know what the best foods to eat to meet these macros and get the benefits of the hormone and enzymes are (other than regular bro-science like - eat whey, oats and broccoli!).

So my question is - if you could recommend that someone eats any combination of foods and takes any combination of sups to increase muscle growth, which foods and what supplements would you recommend for perfect nutrition?
