What Do You Think of My Split?

I am seeking for a new split and i have some options but i can’t decide. So which one do you prefer. I am at the intermediate level. I think =P.

  1. Upper, Lower, Rest, Upper, Lower, Upper all hyp
  2. Push,Pull,Legs,ChestShould,Back,Arms,Rest
  3. Chest,Back,Legs,Arms,Rest,Repeat(i do not know where to put should)

Don’t know your goals, but upper-lower split (without the extra upper-hypertrophy day) is the way you should probably go.

Also pick some ready program/method which ca be used with this.
