What Do You Think of My New Diet?

bulking diet
Started 11/3/08 at 185 lbs, 13-15% bf
Morning (6:30am on weekdays)

  • 2x scoops of Isopure protein (50 grams protein)
  • 1 cup of oat meal
  • 1x piece of fruit
    Snack (10:00am on weekdays)
  • Peanuts
  • Wheat or peanut butter crackers
    Lunch (12:00pm-12:30pm)
  • 2x wheat bread sandwich with turkey mayo and cheese (15-20 grams of protein)
  • 1 cup of carrots and celery
  • Peanuts
  • 1 banana
    Pre workout (1:30pm-2:30pm)
  • 1x scoops of Isopure protein (25 grams protein)
  • 1 cup apples
    Post workout (3:00pm-3:30pm)
  • 2x scoops of Isopure/Whey protein (50 grams protein)
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
    Dinner (5:30pm-6:30pm)
  • Chicken, beef, fish (20-30 grams of protein)
  • Brown rice, potatoes, wheat bread
  • Spinach, broccoli, carrots
    Pre bedtime snack (9:00pm-10:00pm)
  • Celery/ peanut butter and raisons
  • 16 oz glass of milk (16 grams of protein)
  • String cheese

I’d say it’s probably not enough cals.

how do you expect anyone to be able to tell you whether your diet is sound or not unless you provide the total calories/macros.

all you did was list a bunch of food. which is fine, but basically meaningless without the numbers.
