What Do You Think of My Cycle Plan?

Background info:
Height: 6'1
Weight: 215lbs
BF: 18%

Bench 1 RM: 305lbs
Squat 1 RM: 450lbs
Deadlift 1 RM: 445lbs

Goals: Strength!(and mass of course). I wish to increase my verticle and reach a bench 1 RM of 405, Squat 1RM of 600lb and Deadlift 1 RM of 600Lbs all raw.

I am 23 years old and have been lifting since I was 15. Although my novice years weren't all effective. Due to overtraining with improper routines and not knowing the importance of diet. After research and a good work ethic I saw gains though. I dealt with injuries in the past such as a fractured left collarbone/shatterd left wrist and an injured left ankle.

6 months ago I completed my PCT for a 3 week mdrol(superdrol) cycle. I preloaded my cycle support for two weeks then did a 20/20/30 cycle of mdrol. I did a 4 week PCT of nolva at 40/30/20/10 while continuing my cycle support.

I am now looking at doing a triple stack cycle looking something like this.

preload cycle assist(competitive edge labs) for 2 weeks and continue through weeks 1-14
Weeks 1-4: 40mg of Dbol per day
Weeks 1-10: 400mg of Deca per week
Weeks 1-12: 500mg of test c split into two injections of 250 mg on mon and thurs

weeks 14-18: cycle assist (competitive edge labs) will have nolva on hand

use of hcg weeks 4-8

Will also be taking a multi vitamin each day along with one fish oil twice a day.

My routine will be
heavy: chest/shoulders/tri
light: lowerbody
heavy: back/bi
off
light: chest/shoulders/tri
heavy: lower body
light; back/bi
off
repeat

One meal a day I take in 500 cals and 20g of protein, another I take in 500 cals and 46g of protein. The other 4 meals a day i take in 510 cals and 33g of protein. Each meal is spaced out 2-3 hours.

How does this look? And also is triple stacking these steroids safely possible with what I have planned/at all? Also would doing a simple test c cycle on it's own be effective. I've done a lot of research and the consensus is this triple stack is best.

I have about 6 weeks left of the creatine I'm on. I"m adding in light cardio after every workout and cutting down to 410 calories per meal and 31g of protein per meal for 6 meals a day. Going to try and get down to 210lbs . Other than my weight can you guys look at my cycle plan and the other questions I had?

OP why are you including nandrolone in a cycle when you primary goal is strength?

"Cycle support" is ok to use, I guess, but not necessary at all. It's not really going to do anthing. Certainly not a valuable PCT item. Just a waste of money IMO

If strength is your main goal then drop the deca and go with mast.

Milder than tren, but far less sides.

Also, you say week 14-18 cycle support would be taken, but nolva would just be on hand?
So you are not planning on using nolva for PCT?....

Frontload the test.

AI on hand?

What dose of hcg?

And to answer your question, yes a test cyp only cycle would be effective... and a good option for you.

sorry meant to say pct assist for the later weeks. And 250 ui a week of hcg. I was told stacking dbol and deca would help me keep my strength and mass gains better. And buy frontloading you mean say maybe 1k a week for the first 2 weeks and do a shorter cycle? I've never seen this in my research, what are the benefits. And yes im considering a test cyp only cycle.

from what I read it facilitates natural test production and stops the estrogen from binding like nolva so I thought it would be redundant. should I do 20 ml of nolva a day to be safe also

So you're saying my cycle for week 1 should be 750 mon/thursday

After my research on hcg I see some say to use hcg during your cycle and pct
others say start at week 4 and stop 2 weeks prior to your pct start. each says 250 ui twice per week

so after revision my cycle would be
week 1: 1500mg of test c split on mon/thurs
week 2-12: 500mg of test c split on mon/thurs
week 4-12: 500ui of HCG split on mon/thurs
week 14-18: nolva @ 20 mg per day or taper each week like 40/30/20/10 or 40/40/20/20

Also a training question, I've read you should do heavy days only for the duration of your pct, is this true

carful with the frontload, thats lots of juice if its your first injection a full 3 ml's. You may end up with a sore injection site I would not put it all in one muscle. Your also not exactly sure how your body is going to react. If you have used test before then go hard if not think about what I said.

Front load is not a bad idea at all. Just wantd to shed some light on that for you.

Frontloading isn't that hard to figure out. You've 'dun goofed' twice now. Where the hell did you get the idea to frontload 1500mg of test when you're only running 500mg/wk- because I know it wasn't on this site.

this post means you are not ready to use these drugs.

nothing sold legally is 'like nolva'. PCT is done with a SERM. You have it completely backwards. How did you get the impression that the legal supplement with a bunch of herbs is the MAIN item to use, and nolvadex is the 'EXTRA'??? I realize you said that you read that the supplement does whatever, but you read that on a site trying to sell a product. Thats like asking a used car salesman for the his opinion on the value of a car on his lot.

Also, someone in your position should not be using 3 drugs in one cycle. You have zero experience. Essentially you are a beginner. Start stacking drugs when you know how you specifically react to each drug you plan to use

Sorry I know people who haven't used the nolva and were fine. but anyways yes I decided id use the nolva and not use the other 2 drugs. Now could someone shed more light on the hcg? thanks. and no I dont mean 1500mg per injection I meant spaced over 2 ( an above poster suggested it). Anyways if I do frontload it would be 1kmg for the first week

Hcg is better in small amounts through out the cycle... 500ius/week after 2nd week and should end a week before pct...
hcg used in higher doses to jump start the testis is suppressive there fore it is recommended to use it during when your test levels are already suppressed. It allows your balls to funtion through out the cycle.
