what do u guys think about Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy training
I’m starting it tonight, but i’ve done it before. I liked it at the time. Only 2 or 3 exercises per workout and they don’t last very long. Good for those with busy schedules.
About 2 years since I did it, don’t recall results I saw.
Great program, especially if you’ve been lifting with higher reps or a lot more volume in your training.
I gained 5lbs in three weeks while using ABBH, and my strength went up fairly well too.
Give it a shot!
Never heard of anyone who hated it…
