What Do You Listen to at Work?

Aside from music, what do you guys listen to at work?

A large part (3-4 hours a day) of my job is mindless work that I can do while listening to spoken word, so I'm just looking for ideas...

I just found out I can put in a comedian at last.fm (similar to pandora) and get comedy, but that becomes old after a while. I'm mostly looking for stuff that won't rot my brain and that I can learn something from... Here's what I've got currently:

ESPN Radio www.espnradio.espn.go.com/espnradio/index
BBC Radio (not as much content as I'd like) www.bbc.co.uk/radio/
NPR: any NPR station http://www.npr.org/programs/ and http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast/podcast_directory.php

Also found a bunch of audiobooks on torrents... Just listened to Jon Stewarts book and have "7 Habits of Highly Effective People"

Fitness Related:

I've also heard about an "off-topic" radio that is fitness related but google turned up random links...

Some people have headphones on at work, but I stay away from it. It just looks bad. I know if I was my boss I would wonder what the impact on productivity would be.

Get some books on tape (mp3).... I know a lot of people that do that with their ipods.... Personally they make me sleepy so I listen to loud rock / metal all day.

that's one awesome book by stephen covey.

Well I work in a retail store, so the only music I can listen to is like coldplay or whatever. It really kills your mood

My crew wears headphones pretty regularly, but i'm ok with it as long as the work gets done and nobody complains.

Although, it can be annoying when i'm trying to get their attention.

Why do I have a feeling that one of those habits isn't listening to audiobooks while at work. Ha ha ha ...

Well there's only one way to find out...
