Thatās funny you say that, cuz I only did 2 light weight sets today. Kinda a warmup.
My goal is to get a better body, that is stronger. I know there are routines that have my sun, mon, tue done twice a week, but I know I wont continue on that program consistently yet. So I put in a total body 5x5 routine on thursday.

Iāve been here for a pretty long time. I plan on doing this routine for a while, until i stop making progress, then was planning a 5-3-1, then maybe a 20 rep squat, or back to this. Thatās why i was hoping to get some feedback on this program. I have thick skin, just want to know what you guys/gals think
