Yeah I still have shivers from the 3x15 zercher squats with heavy weight in the 2A program. Cardio has never been so good

Yes. Hardest program Iā€™ve done. Even harder than ā€œfastest way to get jackedā€. But in spite of lots of stress and work and non optimal nutrition Iā€™m in the best shape of my life

Coach, would this approach also be OK for your new naturals strength plan?
I know you stated that the gains will not be as good in the article if you are in a caloric deficit but I think I got at least 20 more lbs I would like to lose and I think this would be a nice long term plan to follow for that.

Started doing BDW before this new one came out and have realized I have been doing too much volume and intensity over the years and it has changed my approach to intensity and lifting. Thank you!
