Meat and cheese Sandwich, extra mayo
King size snickers

bottle of gatorade

PW protein shake 600 cals

pork chops, corn

another weight gain shake, same as morning

1 gallon of lemonade over the day
1 gallon of water over the day
5 servings of BCAA’s in each gallon

Some D-III schools are much better academically than D-IA schools. The football is still extremely competitive. Was that ever an option?

That was definitely an option. I looked into some DIII schools such as Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Mellon, and William & Mary (not sure if that is DII or III). I ended up going to Wake Forest because it was the right fit financially (more aid than the other schools) and academically.

Pre bed

I tried puting greens+ in a supershake but barfed it all up… So I had to drink another one.
