What did I do to my back?

Thursday night, laying on the floor doing some routine stretching I did something BAD! Ice, VIOX and muscle relaxants later it is starting to come around. I’m trying to ease back into the gym. Not sure what i did but it was while doing the lower body part of the lazy mans stretching routine. The pain is localized and sharp when I bend over with stretched hams. Localized to lower right back almost inside my hip … just at my belt. I seem to be able to squat down fine, leg lifts (slightly bent) are fine. If I attempt hyper-extensions I get the pain. I can do one-leg (left leg) hypers fine but try to involve the right leg (stretch the rigth hamstring) I get the pain. Any thoughts? Recommendations? Just trying to ease back into things.
