Starting a new 3 part program, reset TM, etc. Last 26 weeks - conditioning challenge, and then the strength challenge, both from Beyond.
I am stronger and leaner, but "slower." I'm 44. I know I need more fast lifts and jumps now before summer treks. Thinking strength challenge as a base, try not to change too many things.
Would you pull out the supplemental (no singles or jokers) or pull back on some assistance volume (30 vs 50 reps?)
