I have 120kg worth of weight to put on a bar. No power rack. I weigh 187lbs, am 6’4" and have a 21 inch vert. I cant do more then 2 deadlifts with good form with 120kg.
I have read extensively your whole site and others on vert training. My question is can I increase my dreadfull vert with this equipment? So far I have been doing deadlifts and natural GHR and 1 leg back extensions + some plyometrics… ANY ideas you could supply me considering the above would be appreciated.
