Didn’t think i had 2 sets at 115 but I hadn’t met my volume requirements so did another at 110. Which was air by the way. Pretty sure I just wasn’t set up tight enough for the 115 so it threw my confidence . Oh wells a set of 4 for 10lbs off body weight is pretty good.

Yes, but it’s mainly just a bra issue. My work shirts aren’t tight at all but finding bras is literally impossible. I’m like a 38A . Lol , I have yet to ever find a real bra that fits me

OPINIONS??
As far as building bench strength is concerned what is the most valuable form of military press? Should I fully lock out each rep? Because I have been doing it w/ continuious tension as i feel that better in my shoulders , but id be willing to change it if there was a better carry over to my bench because i consider it a bench accessory

None of them. Military is good as a shoulder health support, but probably doesn’t do much for bench at all compared to incline pressing and especially bench variations.
Greg has us do dumbbell military most of the time we do any kind of military press, but we don’t do them very often. What we do a lot of me push-ups, dips, lateral raises and bench variations.
For the shoulders and building muscles continuous tension is good.
For strength focus on speed from start to lockout.

Bench I thinks we (not me, but there are some good spotters out there) should see a video to see where form/technique is breaking or lacking.

I used to be more outward and my glutes seemed to fire better , but I changed to more forward because I thought it was making my hip shift worse but now some one of my legs seems to cave in on final reps. Not always the same leg though , idk.
