Ive been thinking a lot about my military press weakenings and ive decided instead of being frustrated with a whole cycle of no-PRS I am going to deload my MP for a workout, and then the following workout ill start up again without doing continuous tension MP, ever. It seems I need to really focus and be in control of it to not lose my marbles because it's a lift that I have a tendency to be quite crooked on.
