Today went horribly.
Maybe just got overly excited and started to wig myself out about my meet and I got really upset because I attempted to use my old PL belt and it felt awful like I knew it would…

ANyway, I promised myself I was going to start out very light and take things slowly and approach this meet with patience and dignity (LOL)
So today I can feel accomplished that im sorting out stance and form etc before real training begins, or something
So I did some shit I hated and some deficit shit and put on my belt and hated it and took it off and liked things better
