Coach, I keep hearing you talk about using a weighted vest for walking/loaded carries. What brand do you use? I ordered a random one off of Amazon and it’s a piece of junk. I want to start adding in 30 minute weighted vest walk, 2-3x per week, per your advice in the fat loss webinar.
I use the one by Rogue. Don’t know if it’s the best one. But if it’s good enough to use in a Crossfit WOD, it’s probably just fine for my needs,
What poundage suggested for a 30 minute walk?
I use 30lbs (roughly).
