Something to consider. What difference does it make? It's just a number. Would me telling you you're 20% make you do something different than if I said 30%? It shouldn't. You said your goals are strength to weight based. Whatever number you learn you are in this thread will have no bearing on you achieving that goal.
You still have to get much stronger, and maintain your current bodyweight. You need to lift weights and eat better. Nor would it have any bearing on achieving aesthetic goals. Unless you're literally competing in a bodyfat percentage contest, (which doesn't exist), the question is pointless.
