What are Your Results from 10x3?


What kind of results have people got from using 10 sets of 3 reps ?


In 3 weeks I increased my full squat from 170kg to 180kg. I did it 3 times per week, I started out rather easy, and increased the weight 2.5 kg’s each workout. It also increased my military press from 70kg to 80kg.
