What Are You Eating?

My favorite meal of the day…

1.5 Cups Liquid Egg Whites, 2 pieces fat free American Cheese, Peppers, Onions, & Mushrooms
1 Cup Oats, fresh Blueberries, and Stevia

1.5 cups of rolled oats (dry)
2 cups water
cooked in microwave
1 scoop Met. Drive Chocolate in oats
1 scoop whey iso/con mix in shaker cup
multi

I love breakfast.

This is my breakfast ritual as of late. To be fair, I usually get 2-3 meals out of this, due to sheer volume:

1 lb chicken breast
1 lb ground beef
6 whole eggs
2 cups egg whites
1 can black beans
1 lb broccoli
1 medium vidalia onion
1 tbsp olive oil
half a pot of coffee

On a completely unrelated note, I learned that tall ass ecto’s CAN eat enough clean food to gain muscle.

Four eggs scrambled with organic unpasteurized cheddar cheese and a cup of light Guatemalan coffee. I really need to head over to the Asian market for some coconut milk.

Cook them on a lightly oiled pan…can add some natty PB if you like (mini cheat meal).

Otherwise it’s jumbo shrimp, broccoli, chicken breast, tuna…

Might have to try the pancakes if I buy any protein powder in the near future, the food that keeps me sane minus the weekly carb-up and cheat meals is my daily pre-bed meal, 1 cup of cottage cheese (Knudsens) with slpenda and cinnamon (heaven I tell you).

Went to Boston Market for the first time in awhile since the one by myself was shut down, bulldozed, and replaced by a McDonalds. :[

7oz Turkey Breast, dill taters, and green beans.

Not sure what im doin for dinner yet. Gonna have a liter of water and 2 HOT-ROX to hold me over.

1/2 a rotisserie chicken…i’m a disgrace. should’ve downed the whole thing

I’m carefully considering a faithful reenactment of last night’s perfect cheatmeal:

1 CPK garlic chicken pizza
0.5 Kashi mushroom trio pizza
6 pk Harp

Steak fajitas tonight with plenty of Chalula and flour tortillas.

Love Ori Hofmeckler but did not do well on the Warrior Diet. The principles in the Warrior Diet and Anti-Estrogenic diet are excellent. So for dinner I had:
2- Bison burgers
2 cups of broccoli
1/2 avacado
1/3 cup of barley
4- Chlorella tabs
Water
Dessert- 2-3 small pieces of organic dark chocolate and green tea.
Feel great!!

6 oz chicken
3/4 cup brown rice
1 cup green beans
1/2 mixed berries

96g salmon
75g chicken
6g brown rice
4 celleries

Don’t ask about the 6g brown rice. LOL

And as you can tell, its a very low carb day lols :-)… and I did squat + deadlift supersets+high reps (Lols, I’m crazy)

Organic whole wheat pasta
spinach
broccoli
3 eggs dropped in
Soaked in olive oil
chili powder
garlic

2 Scoops Vanilla MD, 2tbsp Cinnamon Raisin Swirl PB, Psyllium Husk Powder, 3 Fish Oil Caps

2 tofu hotdogs(no bun)
1 chick pea burger(no bun)
1C greek yogurt
1 scoop of biotests L-Leucine

haven’t been able to lift for a week, dislocated my shoulder.

and today is day 1 of being a vegetarian. Not sure how long it will last, we will see.

About to go make my pre-bed shake.

8 raw eggs
2-3 tablespoons PB
Some chocolate flavoring.
Fiber.

I always thought that a vegetarian eating a tofu hotdog was like a celibate monk having sex with a Realdoll.
