Not sure of the official Medicare guidelines. I started TRT late in 2009 and my Medicare Advantage Drug Plan treated the Test C as a speciality tier, highest price. My 2010 plan treats the Test C as an injectable generic. Per the stickies I find HcG and Armidex on my own.
I’ll try to find more info on this.
