What After Athlete Lean, Athlete Strong?


Hello everyone!Yesterday i posted a question about a fat loss stalling and someone recomanded me the Athlete Lean,Athlete Strong program which im going to follow for the next month.After droping my bodyfat percentage Im willing to start to improve my strength and overall appearance(some muscle) but im also into the conditioning part that this program offers.So,what would be the best way to go after im done with this program?
Hard Body Training for women sounds interesting but Im open for suggestions.Thank you in advance!
