I know that personal trainers take a lot of heat on this forum, and many of them rightfully so, but I’ve got to say: Whoever Jessica Biel’s personal trainer is, that man is worth his weight in gold! Bravo!!! Somebody throw that man a bonus!

Oh, I’m not saying she was a mess to start with. She was a hot chick, I’m sure, but a hot chick with no muscle and probably a small fraction of that awesome caboose she’s sporting today.
I say “Bravo” to the trainer mainly because he had the foresight and the balls to take a hot female and NOT be afraid to have her do squats, and build herself a wonderful bubble-butt, and actually use some real weights and build some hot delts, arms, etc. That’s the antithesis of 99.999% of trainers who train women, in Hollywood or otherwise. And as such he created a masterpiece worthy of the gods.

Before bestowing such accolades on her trainer I’d have to know if her genetics simply made it easy for them. Also keep in mind that professional actors/actresses have copious time and resources available to them. They have no excuse to be out of shape when their career depends on their looks as much as their talent.
