Kind, funny you mention this story, the same thing happen to my friend. Although, he didn’t get pulled over. He called a stray dog. Turned out to be a english bulldog. The cops capped the dog six times… He was trigger happy. I can understand maybe once or twice, if it was for self defense, but six shots?
