I some self discovery I decided that I was not narcissitic enough to do real body building. But I do like being strong and looking good nekid. So about 8 weeks ago I started doing the westside method of lifting along with a good diet and i love it(50lbs on my squat in 8 weeks). I use 3 week cycles of the max effort exercise, and was wondering if i should use as my accessory exercise for my next max effort exercise? ie= JM presses f/max w/incline close grips f/accesory, next 3 weeks incline close grips f/max w/floor presses f/accessory,next 3 floor presses f/max etc. any suggestions are welcome.
