I’ve been training westside for 4 weeks and increased my bench press 25 lbs and my squat 20 lbs. I used bands and during my next 4 week cycle i’m going to use chains. WESTSIDE IS AWESOME!!!
That is really great work. When i first tried westside sometime last year my bench and DL went up, but my squat drop alot from switching from quad squatting to using my hips and hammies. Keep up the good work. Are you doing any extra workouts?
