Has anyone on here seen the Westside Special Strengths DVD and what was your opinion of it. Thanks in advance.
I have it.It is well worth viewing,if you have the template booklet then it reiterates the info in that. All the workouts are squat only , but you can easily manipulate it to the bench etc.
