Westside Style Box Squats as Accesory (BBB)

Just wondering if something like this would be a viable strategy. Box squatting with a wide stance to strengthen the hip muscles. If this is usefully, would it be better to utilize doubles in more sets (8x2) or keep it as 5x10?

Use FSL for Box Squats. Or use them as listed in the Beyond book.
