I have been a comptetitive powerlifter for 8 years and have recently switched to the wider squat stance advocated by Dave Tate and Westside. I was wondering if anyone knew or had experience with how to wrap one’s knees while having this wider-than-normal stance. Does everyone wrap the same as they always have (i.e. traditional?) or is there a different way to do it that would be better? Please try to be as descriptive as possible. Thaks!
