Just wondering if anyone has tried Westside for Skinny Bastards by Joe DeFranco?

What kinda results did you get?

Slow but consistent strength gains, no more than 1-2lb of muscle from the whole half a year. But I probably didn’t eat enough, so that could be my fault!

Theres a great quote from Dorien Yates in a book called ‘muscle’ written by John Hotten.

I can’t remember it exactly so I’ll paraphrase Mr Yates: Imagine your body is a building/construction site, now imagine your testosterone is like the bricklayers on the site, and using steroids is like placing additional bricklayers in the to work. MOST importantly, FOOD is like the bricks, no mater how many bricklayers/steroids you use, more building cannot take place unless the food, in abundance, is present.

If you are not eating enough, you won’t grow, no matter what program you’re on.

Got stronger. Didn’t gain much weight. Would have if I had eaten more, I think.

I don’t know what your goals are. But the program is solid. I think he’s changed it a bit now though, there’s a part 2 and a part 3. Might wanna google them.
