Theres a great quote from Dorien Yates in a book called 'muscle' written by John Hotten.
I can't remember it exactly so I'll paraphrase Mr Yates: Imagine your body is a building/construction site, now imagine your testosterone is like the bricklayers on the site, and using steroids is like placing additional bricklayers in the to work. MOST importantly, FOOD is like the bricks, no mater how many bricklayers/steroids you use, more building cannot take place unless the food, in abundance, is present.
If you are not eating enough, you won't grow, no matter what program you're on.
Good luck OP
