Maybe a few of you could help me out. If not I will email DeFranco at his site, I looked through his archives but couldn’t find answers to these questions.
Is it normal to have a major drop off in the max reps day? For example I can do 30 reps for my first set then only 20 for set 2 and then 12 for set 3.
How strong(percentage of bodyweight lifted for example) do you think you need to get to benefit more from dynamic lifts then max reps?
How often do you alternate the assistance exercises? I change the ME exercises every 3 weeks, should I do the same with the assistance exercises or should I maybe stick with them for 6 weeks?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
