Question. I am not an athlete however I am a recreational powerlifter/someone who likes looking good nekkid. I like to incorporate sprint sessions a few times a week to help me get leaner.
I workout out 4 times a week/sprint 2-3 times a week.
I pretty much do something like your Westide for Skinny B’s program with an extra leg day for 4 workouts a week.
My question: should I do my sprinting on my off -days? (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) OR do them the same days as my training and leave those days as COMPLETE rest days?
