Boss rest 60 seconds on your rep work.
the rest of the workout do what you normally do. However you can’t do any heavy lifting at this point so you should do hypertrophy work with 60-90 sec rest.

Change your exercises every 1-2 weeks.
Try the following:
week 1-2 Db Floor press
week 3 Incline Db
Week 4 Flat Db
Week 5 2 Board press/pin press or
Barbell Floor press
week 6 Barbell Flat bench

Try this if your need to get used to the exercise then you can do them for 2-3 weeks. Once you become more advanced you’ll have to change atleast every other workout [1-2 weeks].
