Just starting this program again had great results before with it jus wondering if ur not an athlete could u maybe throw in some more volume into it? Like for example it calls for a upper back rear delt superset was thinking of making this eight sets of Bent over rows an a chin variation instead. o should i just keep it way it is?
Just follow WS4SB as written. There is plenty of volume in the workout. Check out part three for some new tweaks.
