Westside + Endurance

Hey guys, is there anyway i can incorporate westside and endurance training? What i meant by endurance training is like endurance sprints (300m-600m).

Since a typical week is like:
ME Lower
ME Upper
Rest
DE Lower
DE Upper
Rest
Rest

I’m not competing in track anymore, but i’d still like to increase my own endurance as personal goal.

Where can I add in those runs? I was thinking of doing it twice a week.

A alright set up would be… starting sunday…

DE Upper
ME Lower
endurance work
ME Upper
endurance work
DE Lower
off

just start off slow with the endurance work… don’t overdo it… maybe try some sled dragging and tire flipping… maybe that will built up the endurance you want

i agree it can be done Im liking two ME days, off then full body assitance, then a saturday,events mainly rep and medely basewd’

I wish i have a sled and a tire! but my equipment is pretty limited. Im thinking about getting a wheelbarrow.

One thing that im concern about is how ME/DE lower body can affect my performance during endurance training session or vice versa. I’ll definitely go checkout elitefts now to see if theres anything helpful.
