Westside/Bodybuilding Split?

I am in the process of trying to create and effective split but I am struggling quite a bit. Since I know how beneficial lower body training is to packing on body mass, I would like to make this a staple in my program. In addition… I am going to be on an “assisted cycle,” so I would like to take advantage of training individual body parts as well.

Problem is, how would you guys recommend I incorporate them into this plan? I know recovery days are essential to growth, but I see it to be difficult to incorporate upper back, shoulders, chest, biceps, an triceps into the plan. Can you guys help?

Just do your two ME Upper and Lower and do RE Upper and Lower instead of DE… treat the RE days like a bodybuilding day, hell thats what they are for. Muscle growth in your weak points.

Yeah, for bodybuilding, don’t worry about dynamic effort. I’d just keep the basic Westside template and replace the DE sessions with plain ole repitition work.
