This is for all you Westside Lynch Mobbers out there. I am wanting to get into this style of lifting after my cutting phase is done in three weeks. At the same time, I need more hypertrophy than pure strength although I would welcome both. I am going to start with the basic nine week program on Elite Fitness’s site. I’d just like a little feedback on how much muscle you have gained on this type of training method (with appropriate diet protocols of course). I am predominantly fast-twitch fiber type too.
The 9 week prog is a great place to start. No bands, chains or anything and still all the benefits.
You’ll find good size gains. I think experienced lifters, especially, would get good size gains from it.
