I have using the conjugate method of training for a little over a year. I have made good gains in strength and have gain lots of weight (not all weight). Question for the Westside people, has anyone been successful incorperating the WSB style w/ a bodybuilding routine. I have used the WSB for skinny bastard and like the normal WSB template strength gains have been good. But evertime I try to do a little more, I tend to over train, which of course leads to frustrating time. Any suggestions from experiences would be great!
