I’m in Bolivia and was on a bench press that was so cheap that when i went to rack 250 the rack gave. My arms moved in a snatch like motion while laying on my back and I let go of it I think at around 180. Unfortunately, my right shoulder feels like crap when I move it around the upward range of motion ie elevated from my chest. The pain is in between my armpit and shoulder, but yes I can move it.
Somebody please tell me I just over stretched and I am going to be okay. I really hope this goes away in 3 weeks ago.
I think this is an injury that would be common to powersnatch so any resources on that would be good.
