I just want everyone to know that this program put 20 pounds on my overhead press in 2 months. I was stuck at 300 pounds for one rep for almost 2 years and pretty much figured that was going to be it. I hit 320 for one on the last workout of the second cycle. I actually cant beleive it worked as well as it did.
That's a damn good lift. But there is an entire thread going on about this.
