'Well-Rounded' Training

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone knew of any program listed in the past on this website that has exercises for versatility. I've done martial arts in the past, as well as weight lifting. I have heard a lot of positive things about Crossfit, Paleo, etc. Are there any programs that include compound exercises, but also have unorthodox routines mixed in?
