Hey I was just watching the training portion of Rocky IV. There were some interesting ways of training. Well I was wondering if anyone has tried doing crazy workouts or just totally different ways of training. Not necessarily a staple of your training just weird excersise that spiced up your workout. Their is a division 1 strength coach who cleaned out his weight room and dose nothing but those kind of things you see on the strong man competitions. I can’t remember his name. Many people in the profession are wondering how he gets away with it. I mean lifting rocks and throwing kegs. Running in the sand and farmer carries are nice, but to base an entire program around farmwork?
