Weird Tension When Deadlifting

so just recently when i’ve been dl’in i start to feel a weird tension on the inner part of my thigh, and i stop because last time i said fuck it my groin hurt for days. since then i stretch everyday, and foam roll at least three times a week, but it hasn’t seemed to remedy the problem. so i guess my question is has anyone else had the same problem? if you need a video of my dl for lemme know.
