Weird Food Combos

Who's got some weird food combos?

I mix cottage cheese with vegimite (an aussie here) and have diet-jelly protein shakes....

2 scoops natural pb
1 scoop vanilla Low-Carb Grow!
1 scoop chocolate Low-Carb Grow!
1 tbs flax meal

tastes like a peanut butter and fluff sandwhich kids ate in kindergarden

The same can be done with a PB sandwhich. Mix up vanilla Low-Carb Grow! pudding or straight into PB. Throw it on some whole wheat bread.

Doesn't exactly follow P/F or P/C regulations... but a nice treat.

pickles and peanut butter. my training partner says its amazing but i refuse.

Tuna shake.

Tuna blended with V-8 or tomato-juice.

I actually like it but then people say I'm a bit crazy :wink:

Another variation on the tuna shake.

1 tin tuna fish
1 pint skimmed milk
1 scoop greens powder

OR

1 tin tuna fish
1 scoop greens powder
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Ice cold water

mmm...blitz it up, and enjoy!

Quinoa mixed with frozen berries & protein-shake. Great C/P-meal for post-workout.

Peanut butter on my hamburger and veggies.

when i cant sleep because of hunger I will eat anything in sight.

ie.
protein shake, pb on fruit/veggies, tuna, chicken, cherios (yea not smart but im starving!!), nuts, cottage cheese.

this is all in one meal, so when i go back to sleep i have quite a slurry swishing around in my gut.

1 cup cottage cheese mixed with
1 tablespoon sundried tomato pesto
1/2 tablespoon gorgonzola cheese crumbles

or

1 cup cottage cheese mixed with
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

or

adding 16 ounce tub of fat free cottage cheese during cooking, then at the end of the cooking process, mixing natural whey powder into a small pot of hot tuna casserole, lean chili or chicken stew

adds protein to your diet and as well the cottage cheese tastes better than straight out of the container

Plain Yogurt and Kidney Beans.
adds protein and fiber!

My parents complained always complained about the smell when i added tuna and some mixed vegetables to tomato soup.

A lot of these involve peanut butter--I'll give what is probably my strangest combo... Over easy eggs and peanut butter on toast. Haven't had it in quite a while though. P+C+F, not sure it's bodybuilding food.

-one can of coconut milk
-one container of pasturized liquid egg white
-Biotin pill - 1000 mcg
-Flax oil gelcaps
-Fish oil gelcaps
Swallow the pills and drink the rest.

-One can of tuna in oil
-four eggs
-one bag of salted sunflower seeds
Put it all into a frying pan and cook until eggs are done.
