Just looking for some opinions based on personal experience.
Currently two weeks into a 6 week, 1ml test prop cycle. Injecting every second day. Diet training health all going well.
I am doing the tractional 5 sets 5 reps program. Just wondering if I will still actually gain some size compared to doing 10-14 reps??
(No I am not expecting my fingers to click and instantly put on 5kg)
