Hey guys, Just got the new 5/3/1 forever book. First off I want to say I absolutely love it. I love seeing how the program has evolved and how much variety there is with it to fit everyone’s goal.
I myself am a rugby player who is currently in their off season. This is why I chose the weighted vest program that way I can use the body weight movements to keep my athleticism and use the airdyne for recovery and conditioning.
I literally just started the template yesterday (spent last week testing my 5rm to start the program.) I wanted to hear how others faired using this template.
