Long story short: He gives bad and sometimes outright dangerous advice, he has no legit credentials, and he’s the epitome of why “the Youtube fitness community” as a whole is an unprofessional Wild West of information/misinformation.
Thats actually the norm and not the exception on there. Look deeper and you will see that allot, because its not about the experience, knowledge or the accomplishment of the individuals. Its more about marketing and relating to the main viewership demographic.
@Chris_Colucci you have reminded me of a clip that pretty much sums up my view point on some of the so called experts on U tube.
