With regards to proper pull up form using a dip belt, is it better to hang the weight in front or in back? I remember an article on this site once about it but I can’t find it.
I read that tip about hanging the weight in the back but I didn’t find any difference whatsoever plus it is really awkward trying to take it off when you are done. Not worth the hassle. For what its worth Poliquin recommends using like a tree climbing harness or something of the sort for those weighted dips/chin movements. Never tried that one though.
